Lip augmentation for men and women creates fuller, plumper more defined lips and reduces fine wrinkles around the mouth. You may choose to enhance your upper lip, lower lip or both. Depending on your goals, they may be injected with the newly popular dermal fillers Restylane, Hylaform or Captique or traditional collagen. With dermal fillers, repeated treatments are necessary to maintain results but with our extensive experience we have found that having a touchup treatment before the product has fully dissipated will enhance the lasting effect.
Using the fat harvested from another area of your body provides a more permanent solution. Many patients opt to have this done in conjunction with another surgery such as liposuction, breast augmentation or tummy tuck.
